This past month I have had the opportunity to visit with several of my siblings and a cousin who live in various parts of the US. As I am getting older it feels much more comforting to connect with them, even over the miles. They were always there as my parents approached death and with an aunt and cousins. They would come back to spend a week or two caring for these people. One of the things that we do well at St. Joseph the Worker is to rally around folks who are in need. Our Commitment to Parish Life means we invest part of our time with those who need our support. We do that for our own people as well as people who come to us in need. Thank you for living this commitment. Keep it up!
