Thank you!

We are well on the way to restoring the emergency fund to the level we used to have.  That fund was created at the request of the lending institution when we built the new addition.  They asked for a certain percent in a special fund to pay the mortgage should something happen and that income was diminished.  They also asked for an emergency fund to do repairs because those might come at times we did not expect.  Over the years we have been able to maintain the emergency building fund but have had to tap the emergency repair funds for things like HVAC, the roofing, and the work in our parking lots.  Thank you for responding so well.  Each person making a small change makes a huge difference when we all work together.  Fr.
