The guidelines from the CDC for what we can do and still be safe seem to change every week. We are seeing more and newer faces every weekend. It will still be some time before we all gather and feel safe. On your part I would like to encourage you to continue your faithfulness to St. Joseph the Worker. Children are still preparing for sacraments. People are still planning weddings. And of course, people continue to die. These things are extremely important to the families but they should also be important to all of us. When we see and hear about folks receiving these sacraments it should cause a bit of a jump in our hearts. These things remind us of what we did many years ago. We did these sacraments then because they were important to us. We do them now because they are even more important. Your praying for, celebrating with, and your financial contributions to St. Joseph’s helps ensure that we keep our doors open and provide these essential services at these important times. Now as Easter approaches may our giving reflect your joy in the gift of eternal like Jesus has claimed for all of us. May that be the good news this year.
