Are you being called to serve? Do you want a very hands-on experience with those in need? Come encounter Christ with us! Sharing and Caring Hands was established to be a bridge from the caring, concerned community to the people in need of their help. Every year, the donations of goods, services, time, and money by thousands of people allow Sharing and Caring Hands to make a difference in the lives of individuals, families, and children in need.
You are invited to encounter Jesus through this highly hands-on approach. Members of SJTW have been actively involved in serving a monthly breakfast and a monthly lunch at Sharing & Caring Hands for years serving hundreds of people. We are thrilled to welcome new parishioners to participate.
These shifts are approximately a 3-hour commitment with profound impact in each passing moment. This opportunity is suitable for both teens (14 and older) and adults. We have shifts available over the next several months. For more information, please contact Theresa Warden in the parish office at theresa@sjtw.net.
