Sell with us!
If you’d like to consign at this sale, you set the prices on your items – you keep 70% of the selling price from the Friday and Saturday sales, and 30% goes to St. Joseph the Worker Justice and Outreach ministries. 100% of Sunday sales go to the church (if you choose not to pick up your items on Saturday).
In order to sell items, you must register AND VOLUNTEER. Participation is limited to the first 30 sellers who register. Registration is $5. We will require that all sellers volunteer for a shift (or find someone to volunteer in their place). One family selling per one seller code, please. Online Seller Registration opens March 30, 7:00 am and will close no later than 3:00 pm May 6, or when all 30 spaces have filled, whichever comes first. Please remember, if you wish to sell, you must FIRST sign up to volunteer. Volunteer sign-up opens the day before Seller Registration on March 29, 7:00 pm. You will need to fill in your volunteer time on your Seller Registration form.
If you wish to claim your unsold items, you must do so on Saturday, May 16 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. You may also choose to leave your unsold items as a “donate” for the Sunday sale in which 100% of the proceeds go towards our Justice and Outreach ministries to help children and families in need.
Volunteer with us!
Our volunteers make this sale happen, and there are LOTS of spots! Volunteers DO NOT have to be sellers, but all SELLERS DO NEED to volunteer. Working any two-hour shift of the sale weekend between set-up Thursday, and driving out donations on Monday will earn you the privilege to shop the pre-sale Friday, May 15 from 8:00 - 9:00 pm. Responsible youth are also welcome to volunteer. This is a great opportunity for service hours/volunteer hours. You may ask a friend or family member to volunteer on your behalf. Finally, if none of the volunteer slots work for you, please contact Jennifer or Kim for possible alternate volunteer tasks.
Interested in donating?
All donated items must meet the same good condition criteria as those being consigned. Contact us if you are interested in donating items. We need to know about your type and volume of donations so that we don't take in more than we can handle. Pre-approved donations will need to be dropped off at the church on Thursday, May 14 from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm.

Please remember, if you wish to sell, you must FIRST sign up to volunteer on our SignUpGenius page. You will be asked to report your volunteer slot on the Seller Registration Form. Pre-printed tags on the proper pink, yellow and blue paper are available at church on the wall in the gathering space near the hallway are available for you to use.
