Holiday Tea and Concert

THE 20th ANNUAL HOLIDAY TEA and Cassidy Brothers Concert is almost completely sold out! There are a few Tea tickets left or you can come and enjoy Concert only seating at 2:30 for only $5.00! Proceeds of the Tea support the Music Ministry of SJTW. Contact Tarri to purchase tickets or for more information.

HOLIDAY TEA HELP NEEDED!   
It takes many people to organize and serve the holiday Tea guests.   
Here are some ways you can join the fun while supporting the SJTW Music Ministry: 
           
* Table servers (listen to the concert and sample the food while serving others). We are looking for both male and female servers, of all ages from teen on up to help with set up, serving and cleanup.  12:30-5:00 on Sunday, November 24.   
* Loan place settings for the tables  (tables of 8) 
* Help by making desserts to serve at the tea. 
Sign up sheets are in the St. Cecilia Music Room or call Amy at 612-309-1158 or Rachel at 612-834-3689. 
 
Another way to help: 
* Donate door prizes for the tea that will be assembled into prize baskets. Or you can create your own prize basket!   
Please drop off your donation in the office, to Tarri by Nov. 15.
