Trish Allen leads the Job Transition ministry at SJTW, helping parishioners who are unemployed or seeking new careers. She asked God to lead her to people in need, and with the Holy Spirit’s guidance, the ministry emerged. Trish assists through phone, text, or in-person meetings, providing resources and steps to help them in their search.
Through the Job Transition ministry, Trish follows Jesus’ example of servitude and building relationships. “It's amazing what God will do to help us find our calling according to His plan,” she says. Her prayer life has been strengthened as she prays for those on their career transition journeys.
“Maybe God is nudging you to share your gifts from Him and expand your faith and relationships with our community. Pray on it and see what happens!”
