Mobile Hope is a non-profit organization on a mission to build relationships, hope, and a culture of achievement within mobile home communities. Their team is dedicated to serving these at-risk communities through education, healthy activities, resource connections, and faith development. The team is invested in seeing the families that live there, respected and empowered to achieve their goals. Work like this cannot be done alone. With great trust in this community, you are invited to prayerfully consider volunteering at Mobile Hope. In the upcoming school year, Mobile Hope is looking for individuals to join in after school homework help, to help out with the teen youth programs, teen mentorship, and various community events.
The program most in need of volunteers is called TreeHouse, which is for 8-12th graders. Through mentorship, support groups, and helping them plan for the future, you would help teens form meaningful relationships and realize their true value. These volunteer opportunities require an hour of your time and can be flexible. If you are interested in learning more, please contact Theresa in the parish office. theresa@sjtw.net

Multiple time slots are available to fit into your schedule and you can choose between the Dayton or Corcoran site. Homework help is scheduled to start on Sept 19th. If you are interested or want to learn more, please contact Theresa in the Parish office theresa@sjtw.net

We have a relationship with the Dayton Mobile Home community. We support them by providing volunteers for programs at the park such as Homework Help, ESL Teachers, serving meals on "Taco Tuesday", and various events throughout the year.
Sharing & Caring HandsSJTW volunteers encounter Christ by cooking and serving a monthly breakfast to those in need at Sharing & Caring Hands in Minneapolis.
Pack With Purpose
As Catholics, we are called to pay special attention to the needs of others. We have a monthly collection and packing session for various organizations that SJTW has relationships with. These are mainly nonfood essential items that often get overlooked.
