Moms' Group Event with Guest Speaker - May 22
All women in the parish are invited to a special Moms' Group event and speaker on Thursday, May 22nd at 7 pm. Lissa is the mother of Maria Pew and co-founder of Maria’s Voice, along with her husband Bill Pew. Maria was murdered by her husband (whom she was leaving) in her Maple Grove home in April 2020 - not far from SJTW.
Angie Bottema works with Maria’s Voice to educate the community on the signs of domestic abuse and safe actions people can take if they notice those signs in their own or another’s relationship. Feel free to invite a friend to join this Moms' Group event. -
Moms of all ages are invited to join the SJTW Moms' Group. We generally meet one evening a month, usually at someone's home, and also do a couple of service projects during the year. We welcome new faces to join us anytime!
