To engage the community in prayer through word and music, unifying the Body of Christ. To be stewards of the living gospel both in and out of church. To provide a small group setting as an avenue to use our gifts while ministering to one another. We welcome anyone with a love of music to join our Music Ministry!

Choirs
We have four choirs that share their gifts of music for weekend liturgies, plus a Triduum choir for Holy Week. All are welcome!
Click here if you are interested in learning more about each choir, and when they rehearse.
Accompanists
Anyone with strong keyboard skills is encouraged to become an accompanist. A mentoring program exists to allow the new or experienced accompanist to get familiar with worship in our parish.
Cantors
Cantors minister at all liturgies. These individuals are committed to the role of "leader of sung prayer." They are required to go through a formation process as well as participating in several forms of continuing education. A mentoring program exists to allow the new or experienced cantor to become familiar with worship in our community. All cantors need to be members of a choir that ministers for Mass.
Instrumentalists
A variety of instruments are used at all liturgies. We have a ongoing need for instrumentalists to continue strengthening our programs. If you are interested in playing on a regular basis or periodically, please call the church offices.
The Martellatos (Handbells)
This choir rehearses on Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. in St. Cecilia's Music Room. It is made up of 12-13 ringers. The group rings at various liturgies from September through Pentecost. This choir requires NO MUSICAL EXPERIENCE.
