Adapting to Change

None of us have been prepared to deal with COVID.  None of us received any instructions or book on what to do when a virus like this strikes the world again.  I would like to thank the staff at St. Joe's for their particularly creative work in this midst of this ongoing battle.  With people not coming into the building for our events and worship anymore the staff has been extremely creative in looking for, developing, and connecting with sources to continue to provide things for us to be able to do as followers of Jesus.  There have been video presentations we have been able to tap into.  There have been Zoom meetings.  There have been things we have been able to send to families that we have produced in-house.  Everyone on staff has been creative to find new ways to do their work, to do new things, and to do jobs that they have never thought they would be doing with their line of work.  And you, as parishioners at St. joe's have responded extremely well.  You have kept your contributions going so we have been able to access new things, purchase new things for doing old things in a new way.  Thank you for being such a bright light to the area with your faith and your willingness to serve one another in such an unexpected time.  Fr.
