Caring for others through COVID.

 One thing I have noticed is that with great concern about safety for families, elderly, those dealing with a compromised immune system and even those planning for surgery, is the appreciation for being able to participate with us on weekends by listening to Mass in their cars and being able to receive the Eucharist while remaining safe.  There are a good number who also participate each week via the internet by watching our Eucharistic celebrations on line.  As staff we had already conducted some conversations about using the internet more but COVID has required us to do it much more quickly then we anticipated.  I am glad we can help parishioners, who need to be safe for various reasons, remain strongly connected to our community.  When anyone in our biological family is in need, the whole family responds by doing what they can to assist.  The faith family of St. Joseph the Worker has done just that.  Thank you for taking care of those members who need us now by responding to our Commitment to Parish Life.  Fr.
