Everyone has a role.

It is wonderful to hear families and children tell stories of things they are involved in.  One young person was telling me about their playing hockey.  They were playing every position except goalie because of their age.  As the child told the story they were able to say why they liked a particular position.  They usually liked being forward because that means you get to score goals.  And which child does not like to score the winning goal?  Commitment to Parish Life (CPL) operates much the same way.  Some like to do one ministry while another person likes to do something different.  The why is up to each person.  In a hockey game someone needs to play each position or it does not work.  In parish ministry we need a person for each ministry or it does not work.  What ministry do you find yourself involved in at our parish?  There is something for everyone.
