As Catholics, we are called to care for those in need, offering kindness and support in meaningful ways. This month, Pack with Purpose is collecting self-care kits for expecting mothers at the Women’s Care Center in Anoka — a place where women receive free, confidential counseling, education, and support throughout their pregnancy and after birth.
While these women receive much love and care at the center, pregnancy can still be a time of uncertainty and stress. We have the opportunity to shower them with blessings as they prepare to welcome new life. To help, we are collecting self-care items to remind these mothers that they are loved and valued. If you'd like to contribute, please consider purchasing any of the following items: - Candles - Purse size Hand Lotion - Beauty Face masks / hand masks - Chapstick or lip gloss - Fuzzy socks - Small journals
Prefer to donate online? Visit the parish donations page to make a monetary contribution under “Pack with Purpose - Women’s Care Center”.
Donated items can be placed in the Pack with Purpose bin located in the Faith Formation gathering space throughout March.
Join us for packing night! We will assemble these self-care kits on Monday, April 14, at 6:30 pm in St. Joe Hall.
