Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! The world rejoices as we celebrate the birth of our Savior 2000 years ago. It was the Good News the world was waiting to hear. It was the clearest sign ever of God’s total and unconditional love for every person. Jesus took on human form so that he might not only experience what every person experiences as they grow from childhood into adulthood but also show us how to be fully human, fully alive. During these holy and special days may you take the opportunity to tell those who are most important to you just how important they are. Tell them how loving them has made you a better person. May the love you have shown in your generosity to people the parish serves be shown during these days to those you love the most. On behalf of Fr. Don, Deacons Kevin and John, the entire staff and myself, may this Christmas be a time you become aware of God’s incredible love for you. And may that realization be reflected in your visible love to others. God Bless!
