Is it mid-September already? I am sure you are asking the same question. With COVID having upset our world in the spring the summer did not seem the same. But the cold weather, the leaves changing colors, and the kids going back to school reminds us that although many things have changed, they still need to go on in new ways. I am so grateful to the Knights of Columbus and others who have made our parking lot Masses such a huge success. I am especially grateful to so many of you who have continued to support the parish during these trying times. Every week we have many cars in the lot, many people who tune into daily Mass and many more who tune in on weekends, just to be connected with Christ and our faith community. Your financial support has been critical these past months and they will continue to be so into the foreseeable future. The staff has been working hard during the summer months to see that education material for people can be found on our web site. Social justice material offers a variety of educational pieces as well as opportunities to practice social justice in our neighborhoods. And so many of you have been willing to be a part of our recording of the Sunday Mass. Thank you for remaining an important part of the Body of Christ at St. Joseph the Worker. Fr. Mike
