Thank You for Your Commitment to Parish Life

Again it was an impressive sight to see so many people join us for our car-masses this past weekend.  Many folks commented upon how great it was to see familiar people again.  It was great to hear music at church once more.  We was so rewarding to receive communion again after fasting for so long without it.  All of these comments, and so many more, indicate the strong commitment you have to the parish.  The core idea behind Commitment to Parish Life, or CPL, is the commitment to the whole church.  The more we get involved the greater reward.  Today's Gospel speaks of the rewards that come with committing ourselves to Jesus as one of his followers.  I experience this, and I pray you do also, when I see and hear the rewards of so many people who have found the Body of Christ in this community.  Fr.
