Today is the day the Lord has made.  Let us rejoice and be glad!  Years ago there was a movie called "The Bridge over the River Kwai".  The officer in charge of the prisoners of war insisted that each man shave and stay clean because they were first and foremost, soldiers of Great Britain.  I would suggest that you dress up today as honor the Day of the Lord with scripture, family prayer, and even a special time to share with each other one good thing from this past week.  Turn off the news.  It really has not changed much from day to day.  Instead focus upon the gifts God has given.  Know that first and foremost you are a beloved Child of God.  I love you all!
