What a great response.

What a great response.  The other weekend we asked you to sign up for the various ministries in the parish.  There were dozens of you who said you wanted to participate in one or more ministries.  When the parish embarked on our Commitment to Parish Life (CPL) several years ago we stressed many of these ministries and expressed the need for you to give back to the parish at least one of your many gifts and talents.  Every year you continue to amaze me with your willingness to embrace the multiple activities the parish offers.  Each one of these ministries is an act of service and love towards others.  I am extremely grateful and humbled by your generous gift of time and talent in so many ways.  No wonder our parish is known in the northwest suburbs for being a light of Christ’s good news to the world.  Thank you for hearing the call and responding.  Fr.
