As Christmas approaches I am reminded of the years that I grew up with my parents owning a restaurant, hotel and bakery.  The front door did not have a lock on it and some people lived in the hotel as their home.

Who would have guessed that 20 months ago when we first encountered covid that we would not only still be dealing with it, but now a new strain has been detected and we do not know what is going to happen.
