The Year of Saint Joseph – Prayer Card
December 8, 2020 – December 8, 2021
Within your materials, please find a prayer card for Saint Joseph.
As Archbishop Hebda announced, the Archdiocese is observing a Year of Saint Joseph from December 8, 2020 – December 8, 2021. In anticipation of the Archdiocesan consecration to Saint Joseph on December 8, 2020, Archbishop Hebda wrote, “On that date, the Church Universal will be marking the 150th anniversary of Pope Pius IX’s proclamation of Saint Joseph as the Patron of the Universal Church. Our hope is that the Year of Saint Joseph will be a source of renewal in our local Church, most especially as we continue our preparations for the Synod of 2022.”
You are invited to participate through individual consecration to Saint Joseph. Learn more by clicking on the link provided by the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis at www.archspm.org/synod/stjoseph/

Lent is About Planting Seeds
Household Activity Sometime During Lent
You are invited to plant seeds this Lent. May this packet of flower seeds be a reminder to your household of the importance of Lent and cultivating hope for the coming resurrection. Please take time to plant your seeds in a pot of good soil. Provide light and be sure they are watered. And then wait.
May the seeds your plant become a beautiful reminder of God’s abundant love for you this Easter and Spring!
Stations of the Cross
Fridays of Lent (and any other time)
The Stations of the Cross is a Lenten devotion that allows us to reflect on Jesus’ suffering, death and resurrection. Use the provided Reflections on the Station of the Cross to pray alone or as a family. Once again, this year, you will be able to pray the Stations of the Cross in your car around the SJTW Parking Lot during Holy Week. Additional information and audio resources to lead your prayer will be available on our website as we approach Holy Week.
Holy Week & Easter Children’s Activity
March 28 – April 4
Encourage the young children in your family to color and assemble the Holy Week and Easter book. Next, read and discuss Holy Week and Easter with your child.
