Dear friend of SJTW--
An opportunity now exists to move forward in our efforts to learn about Spiritual Resilience and the spiritual practices that lead us as human beings to develop strength, courage and fortitude!
Connie Fourre, our facilitator, teacher, and fellow parishioner, will lead this ONLINE opportunity.
As participants, we will be able to learn, respond, see/read and be inspired by responses from others. Connie suggests it will be most optimum if you have a "buddy" to participate with, someone to journey with regarding the themes of Spiritual Resilience.
Spiritual Resilience Today online series of sessions includes topics such as GRATITUDE, SURRENDER, HOPE, COMPASSION, JOY and more. The series is self-paced and self-directed. Whenever you sign up, you may begin.
All you NEED if interested is:
- An openness to expand your embrace of God and more fully develop personal gifts of resilience, hope and fortitude in your life;
- a computer or tablet or even a smart phone to access link.
"This is a faith-based approach to developing practical habits that have been shown to improve wellbeing and reduce anxiety and depression in many people. My hope is that you and people you care about may walk through the process week by week, sharing your experiences with one another...." Connie Fourre, author
Once you decide to register below, Katie McCarty, SJTW staff, will send to you the link to begin the series. To participate, simply SIGN UP BELOW.
Thank you for considering this special online Spiritual Resilience Today.
Please feel free to share with friends at SJTW, small group members, others you think might be interested!
