Are you interested in healthcare concerns in Haiti and the challenges of providing medical care to them? – Join us January 12
Here is your opportunity to learn! Medical professionals and anyone interested in what healthcare is like in Haiti are invited to come to a class on Saturday Jan 12. Given by parishioner Dr. Mark Millis, who has spent the past 10 yrs. traveling to Haiti and helping to bring much needed medical care there, it will include a brief tropical medicine update and general information about public health concerns in Haiti. It is designed to be appropriate for professionals and non-professionals alike. It will be held at St. Joseph the Worker at 9-11:30am on Jan. 12th. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. For questions, contact Lori Henke (dnlhenke@gmail.com).
Our Fall 2018 Team just returned from Bouzy, Haiti on behalf of St. Joseph the Worker. Singing, dancing, games, fun, laughter, old friends, new friends, all centered around God's love for each other and the world. Thank you for your continued support of this mission.
